A buyer submits an order; the book matches the cheapest available energy first (price-time priority), filling across multiple sellers if needed. 3. Settlement is atomic: the buyer pays USDC on Base L2 through the x402 rail, value routes to the sellers' wallets, and AgentPay takes a flat $0.02 facilitator fee. 4. After settlement each side confirms delivery, which updates a cross-market reputation score so agents learn who reliably delivers.
