We collect the following information when you use the AgentPay Provider app or platform:

• Account information: Name, business name, phone number, email address
• Business information: Service category, business address, hours of operation, pricing
• Location data: General location to match providers with nearby customers (not tracked continuously)
• Payment information: Wallet addresses for cryptocurrency payments; card details are processed by Stripe and never stored by us
• Device information: Device type, OS version, app version for troubleshooting
• Usage data: Booking requests received and accepted, service interactions
• Communications: SMS and voice call interactions related to booking confirmations

3. How We Use Your Information

• To connect service providers with customers and AI agents making bookings
• To send booking notifications via SMS, voice call, or email
• To process payments through Stripe (card) or blockchain networks (USDC/crypto)
• To display your business in search results on our platform and partner marketplaces
• To improve our platform and troubleshoot technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Location Information

The AgentPay Provider app may request access to your device's location to help customers find nearby providers. Location is used only at the time of registration or search — we do not track your location continuously or in the background.

5. Payment Data

Credit/debit card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy

Cryptocurrency payments (USDC on Base/Ethereum and other networks) are processed on-chain. Wallet addresses used in transactions are publicly visible on the blockchain by nature of the technology.

6. SMS and Voice Communications

By registering as a provider, you consent to receive booking notifications via SMS and automated voice calls to the phone number you provide. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or contacting us at x402agentpay@gmail.com. Standard message and data rates may apply.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe — payment processing (privacy policy)
• Twilio — SMS and voice notifications (privacy policy)
• OpenStreetMap — business location data (privacy policy)
• Coinbase / Base network — blockchain payment infrastructure
• NVIDIA NIM — AI inference for automated booking agents

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• With service providers necessary to operate our platform (Stripe, Twilio, etc.)
• With AI agents making bookings on behalf of customers (limited to booking-relevant details)
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights
• With your explicit consent

9. Data Retention

We retain your provider profile and booking history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Blockchain transaction records are permanent by nature and cannot be deleted.

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Data portability
